I believe that personalised guidance is crucial for sustainable health transformations. In order for me to be able to create personalised plans for you, first you need to know a little about me. This is key for you to establish if I might be the correct fit for your fitness and well being goals.

Which is a key reason why my plans cannot be purchased instantly as its important for you to know if I would be the best trainer to help you achieve your goals, while allowing me the opportunity to reflect if my skill set is one which can help you excel.

About me

With over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry and a variety of qualifications (listed at the bottom of this page), I am committed to helping others find a sustainable yet flexibly fitness and wellness life style to allow them to find balance and enjoyment while achieving their fitness goals.

With my free podcast you get a taste of my rest philosophy element and I am also a trained yoga and pilates instructor (which my podcast was born from – as clients wished to enjoy meditations anytime and anywhere).

My reset philosophy comes from experience of working with fitness needs across the board from those new to exercise, returning from injury / surgery, life long heath conditions, pre and post natal and semi professional athletes. I was also privileged to have 7 years involved in CrossFit coaching (as a L2 trainer) focusing on fundamental movements with my biomechanics background to encourage others to move well.

I enjoy the challenge of finding the exercise programme which works best for your body and mind with the added layer of your lifestyle demands and creating a way for you to focus on life with your fitness goals forming the foundation of your transformation.
