At Grounded in Stillness, online fitness plans are built using our RESET philosophy: Renew, Energise, Strengthen, Empower, and Transform. These flexible, personalised plans empower you to achieve your goals at your own pace, offering the support and structure you need for long-term progress.
Pricing is built on the investment of £10 a week on your health and wellbeing, below are the standard packages offered, but each can be tailored to the number of weeks you require e.g. 6 week starter online fitness plan or 12 week personalised online fitness plan.
