Reset

Reset, restart, renew are all common words we hear as the year draws to a close and a new one is right around the corner. (Quite literally in the posts case!)

What if a reset doesn’t only have to happen once a year when we find time to focus on it. What if we can build lasting habits to reset through recalibrating, reassessing and reestablishing at regular intervals. This meditation offers you time away from the world to allow your body and mind a chance to ‘reset’

The short focused time for your body and mind to reset, can be the spark to recalibrating your body, leading to reassessing and then reestablishing.
