I am now evolving!

With a passion for helping others find balance and strength as a personal trainer and mindfulness practitioner. I have seen first hand how powerful the combination of movement and stillness can be.

With over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry, working with a range of clients from: those new to exercise, returning to exercise post injury / surgery, pre and post natal, life long health conditions and semi professional athletes.

My goal is to make rest and reset accessible, flexible and supportive for everyone.

History

Grounded in Stillness was born after feedback at the end of yoga classes, that people would like to ‘take me with them’ to continue to be mindful outside of classes.  Grounded in Stillness allows anyone an opportunity to stop and embrace moments of stillness in their daily lives. Stillness could have a powerful effect on your mental or physical health. Blog posts will be short, providing readers with a moment to stop, reflect and find inner stillness.

My blog is linked to my podcast providing short guided relaxation / mediations, allowing readers to be Grounded in Stillness whenever they choose with our audio.
