Here it is, the first grounded in stillness post (all very exciting really!)
So, what and why?
Grounded in stillness is a space for anyone who just wants a precious few moments to stop and embrace being still in their busy lives.
I mean we have all been there, so much going on, being pulled from place to place. Job, family, social commitments that we sometimes wish we could call ‘time out’ and freeze everything.
Hopefully grounded in stillness will provide you with that short escape to not forget about reality (I mean ignoring things never solves them), but to embrace each moment. To give you the opportunity to stop, breathe and notice how you feel before getting back to your day.
Which brings me to the focus of the first grounded in stillness podcast …… to bring your awareness to yourself, to stop and be still, to just breathe.
