Mindful meditation – Simplicity

Straight forward, clear, easy.

All things we associate with simple things.

Sadly things that become simple we also do on autopilot. Meaning we are not there.

The simpleness becomes lost amongst the things that require are attention.

Like breathing.

We all do it, we all know it is vital to life. Yet how often do we acknowledge this simple thing, which keeps us alive.

Your breath not only provides you with air to pull out the oxygen for cells to live.

It connects you to your mind.

To notice the power of something so simple as to breathe in and breathe out.
