Observation meditation – The head

We all have one, it is vital to our being.

We use it to think, see, breathe, hear, smell, eat and drink.

As well as the key things we do day to day – speak and listen.

But when was the last time you observed how your head feels, the position it holds itself in.

Maybe you hold tension around your jaw or across your forehead, you just didn’t know it, because you have been so busy.

Enjoy the opportunity to calm the thinking self and bring your observing self to the front.
