Disconnect

We are always connected.

Be it in person, technology or social media.

Does being so connected sometimes make you feel like there is no break. No opportunity to focus on yourself and only yourself.

Do you remember those moments when you could be alone, no need to post anything on social media (after going through filters to find which one makes you look best ….. ever noticed how much time you spend just getting the right photo, instead of enjoying the moment itself?), your phone not going off every few seconds with notifications.

A moment to just be completely aware of yourself and your surroundings.

Zero distractions.

Why is this important?

When you disconnect from what you think is your world you reconnect with yourself. What you want, how you feel, what truly matters to you. No influence from the outside world, no likes, no follows, no opinions.

This relaxation is to make you brave enough to disconnect …. just for a moment.
