We all enjoy the idea of having that small moment in our day where everything stops.
We spend a lot of time and money (its funny how when we want something, we are programmed to think we need to buy it, to have it) looking and trying to find stillness in a world which has become fast paced.
Trying to multitask and ‘save time’ inevitably makes us feel like we are always on the run. As if every second from the moment we wake, until the moment we go back to bed involves moving or thinking.
