Mindful meditation – Openness to change

Day turns to night.

Seasons change from spring, summer, autumn to winter.

We live in an environment that is always changing.

Our environment can change within the same day – sun, rain or wind.

However as humans we sometimes enjoy routine, the safety of the same.

No surprises, no variation.

Then when things force us to change we try to fight against the change. What if we just went with it and saw where the change might take us.

Instead of using energy to fight against an inevitable change that could be coming. Why not just be open to changing?

I mean if a lotus flower can live in muddy waters and turn into a beautiful flower, we can navigate any situation to change as well.
