Every breath we take uses the air around us.
We drink water on its own, in our coffee and teas.
The rain, puddles, ponds, lakes, rivers and oceans – water.
The gentle breeze on a summers day, the howling wind during a storm – air.
These two elements are around us all the time, however how aware of them are we?
