That is what we call clutter.
Which sometimes also relates to our mind. Constantly on, full of so much information.
The brain takes on 11 million bits of information from the body every second …. but only seems to process 50 bits of that information.
What if we could declutter our minds as easily as we could declutter a desk?
Letting go of the thoughts that are taking up space or thoughts that do not actually serve a purpose.
To create space, to create order in the chaos.
