Mindful meditation – Organise

How often do we say to ourselves ‘I will get my sh*t together’.

May this be in relation to our work, relationships, home life.

When was the last time you said that sentence about your thoughts?

This meditation focuses on organising, because when we know exactly where something is kept, we don’t have the fear we will lose it.

Organisation means everything is easily accessible to you, like when you know exactly where to find something on a shelf.
