Mindful meditation – Refocus

No idea if you are coming or going.

So many things to process, you feel like your mind will explode.

Trying your best to keep everyone happy can be an exhausting task.

However what if instead of looking at everything at once, we broke it down.

Part by part instead of as a whole.

Instead of focusing on everything, lets refocus on one thing at a time.

Enjoy this meditation about being able to refocus. Like when a hummingbird picks a flower.
