The heart decides the direction, the legs take us there.
Our legs allow us to explore the outdoors, to climb to see things from a different perspective.
To crawl under things to remind us we cannot control everything. I mean some places we want to crawl through – we are never going to fit. So why force something that is never going to happen?
We use our legs to get from A to B.
To sit and stand.
To workout (or walk quickly in the opposite direction to avoid working out …. we have all been there!)
However when was the last time you allowed yourself to observe your legs, to take the time to see what your legs need.
Maybe they would enjoying having the weight taken off of them for a while.
