This relaxation focuses on the idea of one breath, one moment to reset and see what direction that one moment will take you in.
So find yourself a comfortable position to relax in, sitting or laying the choice is yours.

Adjust your shoulders, adjust your hips.
Close your eyes.
Become aware of your breath.
Breathe in, breathe out.
One moment to be still.
One moment to focus on yourself.
One moment to just be.
One moment to let go.
One breath in.
One breath out.
Because every breath you take, is never repeated.
One breath might trigger a thought, one breath might calm a thought.
One breath might spark an idea, one breath might allow you to be brave and take a chance.
What will you allow each individual breath to do for you.
Allow yourself to take a deep breath in.
Hold for the count of one.
Allow yourself to take a deep breath out.
Then hold for the count of one.
Slowly allow yourself to breath with this pattern.
Breathe in.
One.
Breathe out.
One.
Enjoy the rhythm of your breath for a few moments.
Do you begin to notice you count one slower in your head. Allowing yourself to relax deeper with each moment.
Then slowly take one more deep breath in, one more deep breath out.
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Slowly open your eyes.
