Currently you might feel like you are being kept in a bubble. Unable to go out or unsure if you should go out.
Some of you, like me, might have underlying health conditions and it can feel as if people wish they could put you in a bubble to keep you safe. However when a bubble is not somewhere you wish to be it can feel restrictive and as if you have no freedom.
However when you take a moment to stop and observe how the bubble feels, it allows us to switch to your breath. Maybe use the bubble to take those few moments away from the chaos of the world and to be still.
This relaxation is to help us embrace the bubble which some might have to be in for a while.
