Mindful meditation – Flow

Ever feel like your mind is constantly on go, so much so, that you can’t even put a sentence together that flows?

Too occupied with your own thoughts, there but not really there.

Feeling like you are stuck on repeat instead of being able to move forward. Fixed in place, feeling like everything is forced or a struggle, nothing flows.

What if it was possible for thoughts to freely flow, to be aware of thoughts, but not so focused on them they impact the rest of life.

Like water flows down a river, following the course that is laid out ahead. Not trying to change the shape of the river in one go, taking its time to meander and slowly create change.

What if we can also be like a river, aware of the thoughts that flow through our mind. So that eventually, we too can reshape our thoughts and create change.
