How it feels like you create space as you just let the breath out?
Repeatedly taking deep breaths in and deep breaths out, not only allows the heart rate to slow down and begin to sync with the breath. The brain then also releases chemicals that have a calming effect on the body (endorphins).
But maybe you notice the other things that happen when you breathe out.
Letting thoughts out, letting emotions out and letting tensions out.
This relaxation allows you those precious moments to stop, breathe and just let it all out.
